Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2. User Responsibilities & Safety
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
For Floor Lamps (UL 153 Compliance / Electrical Safety):

Read all assembly and use instructions before first use.

Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

Place on level, stable surface – ensure lamp is not in high-traffic areas where it could be tipped over.

Keep away from children – floor lamps can tip over.

Do not exceed maximum wattage indicated on the lamp.

Keep flammable materials (curtains, bedding, paper) away from bulbs.
-
Unplug before cleaning or changing bulbs.
-
Allow bulbs to cool before handling.

Only use bulbs specified in the product manual – using incorrect bulbs may cause overheating or fire.

For smart lamps with wireless functionality: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.
For Lampshades (General Safety – FHSA 16 CFR 1500 Compliance):

Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating of the lamp (if provided).

Ensure lampshade is securely attached to lamp base.

Keep away from children – plastic or glass components may break.
For Remote Control Dimmers (FCC & Battery Safety):

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

5. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general-use products (lampshades), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with all applicable CPSC safety rules under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA), 16 CFR Part 1500.
6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, electrical issues, tip-over accidents, battery incidents).
