Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Remote control dimmers containing button cell batteries may require ground-only shipping.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

• Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Battery Shipping Restrictions
Remote control dimmers with installed button/coin batteries must comply with 49 CFR 173.185 packaging requirements. Damaged or defective batteries are restricted to ground transportation only.

5. Packaging

• Floor Lamps: Boxed with foam inserts; UL labels visible; fragile components protected.

• Lampshades: Boxed with protective padding.

• Remote Control Dimmers: Boxed with foam inserts; FCC ID and battery warning labels visible.

6. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
