1. How long does shipping take?

4. What types of floor lamps do you offer?
We offer portable floor lamps for indoor use. Our lamps comply with UL 153 (Standard for Portable Electric Luminaires), covering electrical safety, stability, thermal protection, and mechanical hazards. All our lamps are UL Listed as required by the National Electrical Code (NEC). Smart lamps with wireless functionality comply with FCC Part 15 (FCC ID required for intentional radiators).

5. What types of lampshades do you offer?
We offer replacement lampshades for floor and table lamps. Lampshades are general-use products and comply with CPSC general safety requirements under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) , 16 CFR Part 1500 (no sharp edges, small parts warnings where applicable). They are not subject to UL certification as they contain no electrical components.

6. What types of remote control dimmers do you offer?
We offer wireless remote control dimmers for controlling compatible lamps. All our remote control dimmers comply with FCC Part 15 rules for intentional radiators (wireless transmitters). Each device bears an FCC ID permanently printed on the product and packaging, obtained through FCC Certification. The digital circuitry meets FCC Part 15 Class B limits for residential use. Devices with detachable remote controls containing button/coin batteries comply with UL 4200A battery safety requirements.

8. What is UL 153?
UL 153 is the U.S. safety standard for portable electric luminaires (portable lamps). It covers construction, performance, and testing requirements including electrical insulation, temperature limits, stability (tip-over prevention), mechanical strength, and strain relief. All portable lamps sold in the U.S. must be UL Listed by an NRTL.

9. What is FCC Part 15 and why is it required?
FCC Part 15 is the federal regulation governing electromagnetic interference (EMI) from electronic devices. For remote control dimmers (intentional radiators), FCC ID certification is required, which involves testing at an FCC-accredited laboratory and approval by a TCB. For floor lamps with LED drivers (unintentional radiators), FCC SDoC (Supplier's Declaration of Conformity) is required.

10. What are the energy labeling requirements for lamps?
Floor lamps themselves are not required to bear an EnergyGuide label. However, if we sell light bulbs separately, they must bear a Lighting Facts label under 16 CFR Part 305 (FTC Energy Labeling Rule). Some lamp packaging may also include voluntary energy efficiency information.

11. What are the California Title 20 requirements?
If you are selling into California, light bulbs and certain luminaires must meet California Energy Commission (CEC) efficiency standards and be registered in the MAEDbS database. For floor lamps with integrated LED (non-replaceable bulbs), the entire lamp may be subject to Title 20 requirements. Ensure compliance if shipping to California.

12. What is the General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)?
For general-use products (lampshades), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with all applicable CPSC safety rules under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA), 16 CFR Part 1500.

13. What is California Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 requires warnings for products containing chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Lighting products may contain listed chemicals (e.g., lead in soldering, phthalates in plastic components, DINP in fabric components). When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging. The required warning includes the yellow triangle symbol (⚠) and the word "WARNING" in bold capital letters.

• Turn off power and unplug before cleaning.

• Wipe with soft, dry cloth; do not use liquids on electrical parts.

• Use only recommended bulb type and wattage.

• Place on level, stable surface; keep away from high-traffic areas.

• For lamps with remote control dimmers, replace batteries as needed.

• For fabric shades, spot clean with mild detergent; do not immerse in water.

• Keep away from water and moisture.

• Do not disassemble or modify.

• Keep button cell batteries away from children (swallowing hazard).
